Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house over basement, built c.1820, having two-storey return to rear. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having timber sliding sash windows, three-over-six pane to first floor and six-over-six pane to ground floor, with render surrounds and stone sills. Elliptical-arch opening with timber panelled door, fanlight, sidelights and render doorcase with render roll-moulding and engaged columns, set within concave opening, approached by flight of limestone steps.
