Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built 1842, with single-bay two-storey gabled return to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron roof-light, and cast-iron rainwater goods with decorative paired brackets. Ruled-and-lined rendered walls with square-headed openings having tooled limestone sills and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Elliptical-headed concave door opening with raised render surround, timber panelled door with panelled pilasters, cornice, fanlight with moulded surround and wreath detail, with flight of limestone steps having cast-iron railings.
