Detached single-storey waiting room, built c. 1850, open to front elevation, with hand-painted station sign in Irish. Mono-pitched roof, covering not visible. Red brick walls in running bond. Round-headed window openings to end elevations, having timber surrounds, fixed timber windows and painted sills. Centrally-placed cast-iron column to front elevation, with decorative capital and chamfered lintel. Painted timber seating to three sides of interior.
