Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1830, comprising single-bay single-storey extensions to east and west elevations. Pitched slate roof with roughcast rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having six-over-six timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills. Round-headed door opening. Square-plan roughcast rendered pier and boundary walls with render copings to site.
