Terraced two-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1906, with shared dormer gable to roof and overhanging roof forming verandah to front (east) elevation. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Overhanging and supported by timber posts. Rendered walls. Square-headed opening to gable with timber casement window. Square-headed opening to ground floor with timber casement window and timber surround. Square-headed opening with timber battened half-glazed door. Timber boundary fence with timber pedestrian gate.
