Terraced two-bay single-storey former estate worker’s house with half-dormer attic and shared lean-to projecting entrance canopy, built c. 1890, as part of a terrace of nineteen. Now in use as private house. Pitched slate roof with gabled half-dormer, timber bargeboards, rendered chimneystack, and cast-iron gutter. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Painted concrete sills to replacement timber windows. Timber boarded door. Roughcast rendered garden wall.
