Detached three-bay single-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1860, now disused and partly derelict. Pitched roof slate roofs with mineral felt coating, cast-iron rooflight and rendered chimneystacks. Painted rendered walls. Lower leaf of timber boarded half-door remains. Two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window, no sill. Attached single-bay single-storey outbuilding along rear elevation to west with corrugated-iron roof, now derelict.
