Terraced four-bay three-storey house, built c. 1860, originally with segmental-headed integral carriage arch to right ground floor and single-bay three-storey lean-to lower return to rear to south-west. Extensively renovated, refenestrated and extended to rear to south-west in late twentieth century, comprising three-bay single-storey flat-roofed return, timber shopfront inserted to ground floor and entrance bay inserted to former carriage arch. Now also in use as apartments. Pitched artificial slate roof. Exposed rubble red sandstone walls to façade. Painted rendered walls to side and rear. Replacement uPVC windows to upper floors.
