Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1930, with single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch to centre. Pitched artificial slate roof having clipped corners, rendered gable chimneystacks with cornice bands and cast-iron profiled gutters. Painted rendered walls with raised render quoins. Timber one-over-one pane sliding sash windows with rendered sills. Timber boarded door to porch. Detached two-bay single-storey outbuilding, built c. 1930, to north. Rendered garden wall and piers with concrete cappings to site.
