Freestanding single-bay single-storey gable-fronted Gothic Revival style mausoleum, built c. 1860, with three-bay side elevations having recessed limestone panels. Pitched screeded finish having imitation tile profiles to roof with ashlar ridge stones, and gable parapets having red sandstone ashlar springers, copings and finials. Random squared red sandstone walls with projecting plinth, coved eaves band and white marble plaque above entrance inscribed "Ventry". Circular limestone niches with quatrefoils. Central circle pierced by triangle. Pointed arch to doorway with stepped limestone reveal and chamfer stops approached by limestone steps. Lead sheeted door with bronze studs and handle. Lancet with cinqfoil to west gable. Graveyard to site with various cut-stone grave markers, c. 1800-c.1950.
