Detached three-bay single-storey Victorian gate lodge, built c. 1875, with single-bay single-storey canted projecting porch to west. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with gabled bays, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Round-headed windows with painted sills. Most windows boarded up or having replacement timber casements. Square-headed doorway in projecting hipped porch with timber boarded door and screeded steps. Two circular limestone ashlar gate posts, missing cappings.
