Group of detached buildings, built c. 1860, about a courtyard possibly originally thatched and originally forming a clachan. Detached two-bay single-storey rubble stone-built house to north with corrugated-iron roof and two-bay single-storey recessed end bay to north, now in use as outbuilding. Detached two-bay single-storey rubble stone-built building to south with corrugated-iron roof, now in use as outbuilding. Pitched corrugated-iron sheeting to roofs with cement parapets to gables. Uncoursed rubble stone walls with remains of render to gable walls. Timber door to south building. Stream to west side of site.
