Detached four-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c. 1870, probably originally three-bay, with single-bay single-storey gabled projecting bay to north-east. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles and red brick chimneystack. Painted rendered walls extensively covered by ivy. Replacement timber windows and door. Detached single-bay single-storey gable-fronted outbuilding, built c. 1900, to west. Formerly on Tralee-Killarney road but bypassed by straightening of road.
