Pitched artificial slate roof with dormer window, crested ridge tiles, red brick chimneystack, uPVC rainwater goods and having hipped single-pitched artificial slate to porch roof. Red brick walls with painted limestone string courses. uPVC top-hung outward-opening and side-hung outward-opening windows with painted stone sills. Bay window to ground floor. uPVC panelled door with toplight. Red brick boundary walls with piers and cast-iron railings and gate.
