Terraced three-bay three-storey over basement house, built c. 1800, rebuilt behind façade c. 1985. Now in use as offices with three-storey return to rear. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Replacement uPVC top hung outward opening windows with limestone sills. Timber panelled door with carved lintel and engaged Ionic columns surrounding, having plain fanlight over with moulded ashlar archivolt. Decorative wrought-iron railings on rendered plinth wall with stone coping. Stone steps up to door. Concrete steps down to basement area. Wrought-iron boot scrape. Two-storey outbuilding to rear with flat roof and having nap and roughcast rendered walls.
