Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1820, with single-storey extension to rear. Formerly used as hotel, later used as offices, currently vacant. Pitched natural slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods decorated with chevron pattern. Flat roof to extension. Ashlar limestone facing to ground floor walls. Nap rendered lined-and-ruled walls above string courses at sill levels on upper floors. Timber top hung outward opening windows to upper floors. Timber panelled door with toplight having pilaster and entablature surround. Moulded raised decorative surround to openings. Cast-iron railings on stone plinth.
