Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1805, with converted attic and two-storey return to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof with rooflights. Painted nap rendered walls with quoins to upper storeys. Timber shopfront to ground floor. uPVC top hung outward opening windows with stone sills and raised moulded nap rendered surrounds to upper floors. Timber fixed windows with recessed glazing to timber panelled door surrounded by recent timber pilaster and entablature shopfront to ground floor.
