Corner-sited two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1830, with single-storey extension to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched hipped artificial slate roof with uPVC rainwater goods. Pitched artificial slate roof with rooflights to extension. Painted cement rendered walls with limestone plinth, having natural slate cladding in panels between openings. Timber sliding sash tripartite windows with limestone sills. Timber top-hung outward-opening windows with limestone sills. Timber panelled door with moulded lintel, radial fanlight and moulded archivolt above, flanked by ashlar Ionic columns.
