Terraced three-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former house, built c. 1815, now in use as guesthouse. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron gutter and having dormer windows to rear pitch. Painted cement rendered walls. Timber top-hung outward-opening windows with painted stone sills. Timber panelled door with radial fanlight c. 1980 and moulded archivolt surround. Concrete steps to front door.
