Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1850, formerly used as retail outlet. Pitched caulked artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods and concrete barging to party wall. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Paired timber sliding sash windows with timber dividing mullions and painted stone sills to upper floors. Timber fixed window with metal grille and timber glazed panelled door with toplight to ground floor, surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront.
