Corner-sited end-of-terrace three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1820, now also in use as public house. Pitched double-span artificial caulked slate roof with roughcast rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls with roughcast rendered walls to side wall. Timber top hung outward opening window with painted stone sills, concrete sills to side wall. Fixed shop window and timber panelled doors with toplights surrounded by finely carved timber pilaster and entablature shopfront. Timber matchboard door to side wall. Two-storey outbuilding to rear with corrugated-metal sheet roof.
