Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1830, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched double-span natural slate roof with cast-iron gutter. Painted cement rendered walls with projecting clock sign. Timber sliding sash windows and painted concrete sills to second and third floors. Timber top hung outward opening windows to first floor. Timber fixed windows leading back to timber half glazed door to ground floor, surrounded by pilaster and entablature shopfront with carved detailing.
