What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c.1855, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched bracketed artificial slate roof with projecting moulded cornice to parapet. Painted cement rendered walls with platband at sill level to second floor. Aluminium top hung outward opening windows with moulded reveals and surrounds to upper floors. Timber fixed window and timber glazed door to ground floor surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront.
