Terraced-two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1845, now in use as bank with beauty salon to upper floors. Pitched artificial slate roof with galvanised gutter, uPVC downpipe, and having decorative cornice below roof level. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls with metal tie bar plate above first floor openings. Timber sliding sash windows with moulded reveals and mouldings to upper floors. Timber fixed windows and timber glazed and timber panelled doors with fanlights to ground floor surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront on limestone plinth. Tiled entrance to porch area.
