Detached five-bay two-storey former house with gablet, built 1896, left hand side and right hand side bays are projecting. Now in use as Credit Union. Pitched artificial slate roof with red brick chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Snecked ashlar limestone walls with red brick quoins. Aluminium top-hung outward-opening windows with stone sills and curved stone lintels above. Aluminium glazed door. Snecked sandstone boundary walls with limestone tooled ashlar copings and cushion ashlar piers.
