Detached seven-bay two-storey former gasworks, built c. 1900, now in use as store for hardware shop. Flat roof of concrete slab on steel beams with replacement plywood sheeting on timber rafters to upper level roof. Red brick walls. Fixed steel windows in arched openings, with louvered metal and corrugated metal sheet to clerestory. Red brick and concrete block boundary wall. Detached two-bay two-storey boiler house to west with flat roof arched openings and brick walls.
