Terraced three-bay two-storey house with projecting single-storey extension to south, built c. 1900, originally to house workers at nearby railway station. Pitched caulked natural slate roof with single-pitched roof to extension. Dressed rubble sandstone walls with red brick reveals to windows, string course and door surround. uPVC top hung outward opening windows with painted stone sills. Timber panelled half glazed door with toplight. Concrete block wall with timber matchboard door to rear.
