What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1870, now in use as restaurant. Hipped natural slate roof with cement rendered chimneystack and separate metal chimney. Painted nap rendered walls with moulded render decorative quoins, dentilled stucco string course, stucco lettering and name to shop sign. uPVC top hung outward opening windows with painted stone sills and stucco mouldings. There is no visible door.
