Terraced single-bay two-storey house, built c. 1865, with elaborate decorative stucco surrounds to openings. Pitched artificial slate roof. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls with moulded render quoins. Timber top hung outward opening windows with moulded surrounds and painted stone sills. Modern timber panelled door with toplight and moulded pilaster and entablature render surround.
