Detached three-bay single-storey house, built 1933. Hipped artificial slate roof with painted cement rendered chimneystacks, galvanised rainwater goods and decorative clayware ridge tiles. Painted cement rendered walls with cement render quoins. Timber top hung outward opening bowed bay windows with painted concrete sills. Timber panelled door with toplight and margin lights. Roughcast rendered boundary walls with cast-iron gate.
