Now in use as private house. Pitched slate roof with timber eaves brackets, circular- and octagonal-profile red brick chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Timber bargeboards to gables. Dressed rubble limestone walls having tooled limestone quoins. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, having painted brick block-and-start surrounds with bipartite and tripartite timber casement windows with quarry-glazing. Square-headed door opening to front elevation, having brick and render block-and-start surround with chamfered reveals. Timber battened door with quarry glazed overlight and sidelight. Shared rubble limestone enclosing wall to front having limestone coping and wrought-iron pedestrian gate.
