Render date plaque to front elevation. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills throughout, having moulded render label mouldings. Bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with timber mullions to upper floors of front elevation. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to canted bay having timber mullions. Five-over-six pane timber sliding sash window, bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window with overlights and uPVC casement windows to side (south) elevation. Square-headed door opening with render label moulding, having timber doorcase comprising pilasters, scroll brackets and moulded cornice. Timber panelled door with overlight and tooled limestone stepped approach. Rubble limestone enclosing wall.
