Detached double-pile three-bay two-storey house with porch, built c.1900, with recent lean-to extensions to rear (south) and recent conservatory (west). Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls with plinth. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and stone sills. Square-headed openings to porch with bipartite two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening to porch with replacement timber panelled door and concrete step. Enclosed by rubble stone walls with cast-iron railings.
