Pitched slate roof with shared rendered chimneystacks, solar panels and replacement metal rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with plinth. Square-headed openings with stone sills and replacement uPVC sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber glazed door and overlight. Flight of rubble stone and dressed granite steps to rear.
