Detached two-bay two-storey house with gables and bay window, built c.1860, having three-bay side elevation with gables to west and screen wall with triple of blind niches to north-east. Hipped slate roof with rendered diagonally placed chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and carved timber barge boards with finials. Rendered walls having hood mouldings over openings and blind niches to gable apexes. Buttresses between niches to screen wall, terminated in octagonal-plan crenellated pier. Square-headed openings with timber casement windows and fixed overlights. Ogee-headed door opening with timber glazed double-leaf doors. Pair of rendered gate piers with acorn finals set within rendered entrance sweep walls. Replacement metal gate.
