What is recorded here

Detached five-bay two-storey country house, built c.1850, now in use as a guesthouse. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with plinth. Camber-headed openings having six-over-six timber sliding sash and casement windows with concrete sills. Round-headed opening to rear with six-over-six timber sliding sash windows and fixed pane fanlight with stone sill. Square-headed opening to rear with replacement casement window and stone sill. Recessed segmental-arched opening with spoked fanlight, stone step, recent glazed door and flanking pilasters. Outbuildings to rear. Rendered boundary walls with gate piers and wrought-iron railings and gates.
