Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1930. Recent extension to rear (south). Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted roughcast rendered (north) and smooth rendered walls with plinth and sill course. Square-headed openings with one-over-one and two-over-two timber sliding sash windows having stone and concrete sills with moulded rendered surrounds. Square-headed door opening having timber panelled door with overlight and moulded rendered surround. Detached two-bay two-storey outbuilding (south) having pitched slate roof, rendered walls and concrete steps.
