Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Extensive additions to rear (north-west). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimney stacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Flagstones form U-plan around house and continue into garden. Earlier dwelling and outbuildings to north-east with pitched slate and corrugated-iron roofs, rubble stone walls and square-headed window and door openings.
