Pitched slate roof having rendered and uPVC clad eaves course, rendered chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflight. Rendered walls having render platbands to front elevation. Square-headed window openings with stone and rendered sills, having raised render surrounds and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front (north-west) elevation, uPVC casement windows to rear.
