Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey house, built 1904, having gable-fronted breakfront end-bay with two-storey canted bay and recent lean-to porch with central gablet to front (south-east). Pitched slate roofs having decorative ridge tiles, timber clad overhanging eaves, rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped slate roof to canted bay. Rendered walls, having render sill courses. Decorative render panels to canted bay with floral and garland motifs in relief. Square-headed window openings with rendered and stone sills, having uPVC casement windows. Three-over-four, four-over-one and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to rear and side (south-west) elevations. Round-headed stairwell window opening with stone sill to rear elevation, having six-over-eight pane timber sliding sash window with fanlight to upper sash. Square-headed door opening to interior of porch to front elevation, having glazed timber door with glazed timber side panels, overlight and tooled limestone stepped approach. Attached roughcast rendered wall to side (south-west) elevation, granting access to rear year, having rendered coping and camber-headed opening with brick voussoirs. Located within own grounds, having rendered enclosing walls. Square-profile lined-and-ruled rendered gate piers with moulded rendered caps and replacement double-leaf cast-iron gates.
