Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900, having single-storey addition to side (north) elevation with recent lean-to extension. Currently vacant. Pitched slate roof to house with rendered gable copings, chimneystacks and eaves course. Pitched corrugated-iron roof to addition with rendered gable copings and eaves course. Rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to house. Square-headed door openings throughout, now blocked with timber boarding. Rendered enclosing wall to front elevation, having square-profile gate piers with rendered caps.
