Detached triple-pile gable-fronted boathouse, built c.1860. Pitched corrugated-iron roofs. Rubble stone walls with quoins, having section of render to central gable of front (south) elevation. Camber-headed door opening to front elevation, having red brick voussoirs and double-leaf battened timber doors with wrought-iron strap hinges. Located on roadside overlooking Clonakilty harbour.
