Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, now derelict. Pitched slate roof having slate hanging chimneystacks, rendered eaves course and gable copings. Slate hanging walls with sections of exposed render. Square-headed window openings with stone sills throughout having remains of six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front (south) elevation with four-pane overlight and timber frame. Set within own grounds along roadside. Enclosed by recent chain-link fence.
