Pitched artificial slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Snecked stone walls to ground floor, with red brick block-and-start surrounds to openings, quoins and string course over openings. Rendered walls to upper level, having rendered quoins and block-and-start surrounds. Square-headed openings with concrete sills and replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed door openings with timber glazed and replacement uPVC doors. Rubble tone boundary walls with piers and wrought-iron gates to all sides.
