Detached two-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1820. Single-bay single storey outbuilding to side (east). Recent lean-to extension to rear (south). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed opening with two-over-two timber sliding sash window. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door. Rubble limestone boundary walls with rendered piers and wrought-iron gate. Outbuildings to front and rear.
