Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1840. Later lean-to extensions to side (east) and rear (south). Pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted, rendered and exposed limestone walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash and fixed pane windows. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Rubble limestone wall to front and side (west). Outbuilding to rear.
