Rendered walls throughout. Segmental-headed window openings with render sills and dressed brick voussoirs to east elevation, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to side (south) elevation of recent extension, having uPVC door. Located in own grounds set back from road with rubble stone boundary wall to east. Gateway to north-east, formerly leading to courtyard of Gortaglanna House, having square-profile rendered rubble stone piers and recent aluminium gate.
