Painted rendered walls with rendered plinth, timber eaves course and rendered quoins. Square-headed openings with six-over-one timber sliding sash windows, concrete sills and rendered block-and-start surrounds. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, rendered block-and-start surround and overlight. Rendered boundary walls with piers and wrought-iron gate.
