Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1870, now disused. Pitched fish-scale tile roof with rendered eaves course, having red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills throughout, having raised render surrounds and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front elevation, having raised render surround and glazed timber door with limestone step.
