Detached four-bay single-storey health centre, built c.1950. Pitched pantile roof having rendered chimneystack and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with rendered plinth band. Square-headed window openings with render sills and raised render surrounds throughout, having single and tripartite timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings with raised render surrounds, having glazed timber door to front (north-east) elevation and timber battened doors elsewhere. Roughcast rendered enclosing wall having moulded render coping, square-profile gate piers with moulded render caps and aluminium gates.
